Develop a Private Tour Business

Objective

To develop from the ground up, a concept to provide private tours to overseas guests. Tours would be conducted in a private SUV vehicle for groups of up to 4 passengers.

Create visually appealing marketing material to showcase the destinations on offer with an emphasis on providing a personalised experience.

Any new Business faces numerous challenges including those of unchartered territory. A little like putting together a jigsaw puzzle and having to invent the pieces as you go along.

Concept Development, What to sell, Where to advertise, what to charge are just some of the questions that need answers not to mention the technology that will be used to build it.

Website

Working alongside Fareharbor to provide an integrated booking system and template-based website for online bookings integrated with their backend systems. The website has SEO principles built in to enhance searchability.

Videography + photography

The primary vision of this project was to create a visually appealing campaign using creative images and videos featuring the destination covered while on tour.

Social Media

Develop a social media presence using FaceBook and Instagram to provide a platform for feedback and interaction with potential and existing guests.

Industry Specific Websites

As a cost effective marketing method, accounts were developed with leading Industry Affiliates such as Trip Advisor, Viator and Expedia utilised to maximise market reach with integrated links to and from the website.
